Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify sales opportunities from existing and new clients
  • Generate and qualify sales leads for appointment setting
  • Conduct presentation and sell our service package subscriptions during sales appointments
  • Address client needs with tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in sales and business disciplines
  • Minimum one year of sales related working experience
  • Proficiency in English is required, Mandarin is added advantage
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Energetic and positive attitude
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Able to strategize, plan and execute sales activities to hit sales target and KPI

Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for Key Account Executive / Manager who can build relationships with customers and facilitate renewal sales. Your main tasks will include developing renewal sales funnels as well as servicing clients. Attractive benefits package awaits successful candidates!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for renewal sales and committed in striving to achieve the renewal sales targets.
  • Plan, manage, develop business opportunities with customer accounts assigned.
  • Attend to case status updates, requests, follow-ups with customers, attend to customer complaints & resolve any complaints or issues to customer’s satisfaction.
  • Assist in any other duties as required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Good at phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuade and listen to clients’ needs.
  • Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience
  • Able to work independently
